Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Line MindMap V2.1 (the “App”), developed by Muhammad Hamza Mubarak. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Line MindMap provides browser-based tools for creating, editing, organizing, and exporting mind maps. Optional Google integration allows you to authenticate with Google and save or open App-managed files in your Google Drive.
2. Google account and Drive integration
When you connect a Google account, you authorize the App to use the Google permissions presented during sign-in. Google services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and policies.
You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for managing access to files in your Google Drive. You should not provide your Google password to the App or to anyone claiming to represent the developer.
3. Your content
You retain your rights to content you create or place into the App, subject to any rights belonging to third parties whose material you use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority to use any text, images, documents, or other materials you add to a mind map.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the App to violate applicable law or the rights of others. You must not intentionally interfere with the App, attempt to bypass its normal authentication or security mechanisms, introduce malicious code, or use the App to facilitate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to another person's accounts or files.
5. Availability and changes
The App is provided on an evolving basis and may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Features may change as the App is improved or as third-party services change their interfaces or requirements.
6. No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Line MindMap is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, Google service, or future platform change.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information and Google user data are handled.
8. Third-party services
The App may depend on services operated by third parties, including Google authentication and Google Drive APIs. The developer is not responsible for outages, policy changes, service limits, or other issues caused by third-party services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including loss of data resulting from circumstances outside the developer's reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. The developer may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, third parties, or the integrity of the service.
11. Contact and support
Questions about these Terms can be raised through the Support page or the project's GitHub issue tracker.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the App, its features, or its legal or operational requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
